Tiancheng Precision Technology was established in 2013, specializing in the production of various special specification tungsten carbide components. Utilizing Swiss universal grinding machines, we manufacture precision tungsten carbide components with an accuracy of one-thousandth of a millimeter. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include the design and manufacturing of precision stamping mold components and various forming tools. We are committed to innovative processes, developing tungsten carbide parts for various machinery to extend consumable lifespan and reduce industry costs. At Tiancheng Precision Technology, we pursue continuous innovation and excellence, treating each product as a masterpiece.

We use tungsten carbide materials characterized by high hardness, high rigidity, and wear resistance, achieving product precision up to 1μm, roundness up to 0.2μm, and surface roughness up to 0.06μm.

In addition to processing tungsten carbide components, we also process non-magnetic tungsten carbide, zirconia, nickel-titanium alloy, and titanium alloy components. Custom orders for special specifications of precision components are welcome.
